No referral is needed. You can book directly for any consultation, whether it's a free 10-minute chat, a full session, or a package.

Are consultations online or in-person?

Consultations are primarily online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home. In-person appointments can be arranged where appropriate - just get in touch to discuss options.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures we can offer your slot to another patient.

What is included in a consultation?

Consultations cover your health history, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, diabetes management advice, and, where appropriate, recommendations for medications such as GLP-1 injections. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.

How long will I wait for a response after booking or sending a message?

I usually respond within 1-2 business days. If it's urgent, please mention it in your message so it can be prioritized.

Payment Information

Payment for consultations can be made by bank transfer or cash. Full payment is required at the time of booking (for online sessions) or at the appointment (for in-person). If you've purchased a package, you'll receive clear instructions for making your payment and booking each session.
