Welcome to NurseSharon. By accessing or using this website and booking any services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making use of the site or services.

1. Services Provided

This website offers information and booking for health consultations, including but not limited to:

Diabetes management support
Custom nutrition plans
Weight management support
Ongoing health education

All consultations are provided by a qualified nurse specialist and nutrition professional. Services are intended for general health support and should not replace urgent or emergency medical care.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Understand that the services offered are supportive consultations, not emergency care.
Will provide accurate and complete information during booking and consultation.

3. Payments and Fees

Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash (as outlined in the Payment Information section).
Payment must be completed before or at the time of the consultation.
Packages must be paid in full upfront.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full.
In case of provider cancellation, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

5. Limitation of Service

Services provided are educational and supportive in nature. They do not replace medical advice from your GP or specialist.
For emergencies, please contact NHS 111 or 999 immediately.
The provider is not responsible for outcomes outside the scope of agreed consultation advice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
Information shared during consultations will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
All content on this website is owned by nursesharon and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
